About the Role
We’re looking for a data-obsessed, results-driven Google Media Buyer with deep affiliate marketing experience and a proven track record managing high-scale offers ($10K+/day per offer). If you live for ROAS, thrive on rapid testing, and know how to engineer winning campaigns at scale, this role is for you.
This is not a beginner position—you’ll be expected to hit the ground running, own your media buying pipeline, and scale campaigns that drive serious results.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and scale high-volume Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) with budgets of $10K/day+ per offer
• Own all phases of campaign management: from strategy, launch, and testing to optimization and scaling
• Collaborate with affiliate managers and funnel teams to align offers, landing pages, and creatives for maximum conversion
• Run structured creative testing and landing page split tests to drive improvements in CTR, CVR, and AOV
• Monitor performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, and LTV—optimize aggressively
• Track and report on campaign performance using attribution tools (Voluum, RedTrack, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with ad policies, vertical-specific guidelines, and tracking accuracy across all campaigns
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Google Ads with a focus on affiliate offers or DTC performance marketing
• Demonstrated ability to manage $10K+ daily ad spend per offer—ideally across multiple verticals (e.g., health, beauty, finance, lifestyle)
• Strong technical skills in campaign architecture, keyword strategy, bidding, and conversion tracking
• Familiarity with third-party tracking platforms (Voluum, RedTrack, FunnelFlux, etc.)
• Deep understanding of Google Ads policy, ad disapprovals, cloaking tools, and compliance nuances in the affiliate world
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly interpret data and take decisive action
• Strong communication and self-management skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
Nice to Have
• Experience with pre-sell pages and advertorial funnels
• Proficiency in copywriting and ad creative direction
• Hands-on experience with other channels like Meta, TikTok, or native as secondary skill sets
• Knowledge of affiliate networks and CPA/CPL payout models
