Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking an Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive at Frazer reports to the Sales Director, and is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding company revenue by proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a fearless, results-driven hunter who is passionate about building long-lasting customer relationships through a consultative sales approach. The Account Executive ensures that the needs of both internal and external customers are understood and met by actively listening, asking insightful questions, and offering tailored solutions. Success in this position is measured by profitable sales, accurate estimates, repeat business, and strong customer referrals.
This position is expected to actively live out Frazer Core Values while working with Frazer employees, vendors, and customers to help achieve team, department, and corporate goals. What Does a Week in the Life of the Account Executive Look Like:

Proactively prospects for new customers through direct outreach (phone calls, in-person meetings) and indirect methods such as industry networking.

Builds and maintains strong customer relationships by promoting Frazer solutions at trade shows, events, customer dinners, and through regular customer and prospect visits.

Qualifies prospects using established company criteria to ensure alignment with ideal customer and sales profiles.

Drives the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closed sale and cash receipt with support from the Sales Engineer.

Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, mail, or in person, providing technical specifications, pricing, quotes, and other requested information.

Hosts in-person and remote customer specification review meetings to understand and address customer requirements.

Maintains ongoing contact with customers and prospects to support long-term relationship development.

Accurately enters and updates sales opportunities, interactions, estimates, forecasts, customer orders, and related information in Frazer systems, with assistance from the Sales Engineer as needed.

Configures, prices, and quotes complex products including ambulances, stretchers, and other medical equipment with support from the Sales Engineer.

Performs hands-on inspections of used units that customers bring in for remounting onto new truck chassis.

Evaluates and responds to bids and formal RFPs, including periodic bid submissions of product offerings and pricing to purchasing groups, with support from the Sales Engineer.

Attends final inspections and in-service delivery walk-arounds with customers when their unit is ready for pickup, with support from the Sales Engineer.

Follows up with customers after delivery to promote continued satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Secondary Duties:

Attends daily and weekly Sales & Marketing meetings via in-person attendance, phone, or video conference.

Submits accurate monthly expense reports on time.

Enters and verifies time in UKG weekly.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree

3+ years in a “hunter” type sales role

Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record check

Reliable form of transportation and vehicle insurance

Fire/ EMS background

Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Work Environment
