Responsibilities
- Ultimately responsible for smooth and efficient patient flow
- Calling patients to confirm appointments
- Assist Dentists with signing up patients for treatments
- Follow up with patients, stay in communication and help them to get their needed treatment done
- Make sure that the financial policies as laid down by the owner are the only policies followed
- This role is cross trained as a Dental Assistant. Our office will sponsor the candidate's license and will train on the job. As a Dental Assistant, the role would also assist the Doctor during procedures, conduct dental x-rays, sterilize instruments, etc. We train on all these responsibilities
