Role Overview
Dash BPO is seeking a highly driven and confident AI Solutions Demo Specialist to join our Sales & AI Solutions team.
This is a revenue-focused, client-facing role where the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering compelling product demonstrations, engaging prospective clients, and converting opportunities into sales.
You will act as the primary product ambassador, showcasing how our AI solution transforms business operations by improving call handling, bookings, and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Clearly articulate the value proposition
- Handle objections effectively and guide prospects toward closing
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
Client Engagement:
- Schedule and manage demo appointments via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet
- Lead structured, professional, and engaging demo sessions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to drive conversion
Product Demonstration:
- Deliver clear, engaging, and tailored demonstrations
- Customize demos based on client industries
- Translate technical features into practical business benefits
Pipeline Management:
- Track leads, demo activity, and outcomes in CRM systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Provide feedback on client needs and trends
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years in sales, pre-sales, or product demonstrations
- Experience selling software, SaaS, or tech solutions (advantageous)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in virtual client engagement
- Ability to sell value over features
- Strong objection handling and closing ability
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Fluent in English with professional business communication
Technical Proficiency:
- Comfortable using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to quickly learn AI-based solutions
