Responsibilities
• Manage guest communication from inquiry to check-out, providing prompt, friendly, and professional responses via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
• Coordinate property bookings, availability updates, and scheduling to optimize occupancy rates.
• Oversee property readiness by coordinating cleaning services, maintenance requests, and supplies to ensure a pristine guest environment.
• Enforce house rules and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations and Airbnb policies.
• Handle conflict management issues swiftly and diplomatically to maintain positive guest experiences and uphold host reputation.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest interactions using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
• Assist with legal administrative tasks including lease agreements, contracts, and compliance documentation related to landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 programs, and other legal requirements.
• Support property marketing efforts through upselling additional services or amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns; coordinate repairs with facilities management teams.
• Ensure data entry accuracy for all transactions and filing of relevant documents; utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for maintenance tracking.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in property management, leasing, or hospitality roles with a strong customer service focus.
• Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi or OneSite; experience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 housing policies, and legal administrative procedures.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining professionalism.
• Excellent conflict management skills coupled with exceptional phone etiquette and office experience.
• Ability to handle data entry accurately and manage filing systems efficiently; experience with CMMS preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with guests, property owners, vendors, and team members across various channels.
