Key Responsibilities:  Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat.  Handle and resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.  Process reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately.  Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.  Stay informed about American Airlines' policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
