Job Summary

We're looking for experienced customer service professionals to join our AppleCare team as Consultants. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues for our clients via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Apple clients across various products and services
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues
