Your Mission: 50/50 Split Focus
50% Closing Incoming Pipeline:
- Convert warm leads into booked sales calls
- Nurture prospects through strategic follow-up
- Qualify leads for sales-ready appointments
50% Sourcing New Lead Opportunities:
- Instagram DM conversations and engagement
- Strategic email outreach campaigns
- Outbound calling to high-value prospects
- Creative prospecting across multiple channels
Daily Responsibilities
- Instagram Lead Management: Respond to DMs within 2 hours, convert conversations to calls
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings that show up and close
- CRM Management: Track all activities and maintain detailed prospect records

What You Bring
Required:
- 1-3 years appointment setting or inside sales experience
- Proven track record hitting quotas and show-up rates
- Experience with Instagram, email, and phone prospecting
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- B2B service or high-ticket experience
- Background with entrepreneur/executive prospects
- Familiarity with AI sales tools
