The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and engaging with hotels in Canada to enhance their adoption of Mews' solutions.
Responsibilities
- Generate new pipeline and open doors with hotels across Canada
- Prospect and engage new accounts via cold calls, email, and social
- Identify pain points and position Mews as a solution
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Build early relationships with decision-makers
- Track activity and performance against targets
- Achieve KPIs including 50 outbound calls per day, 20 contacts sequenced daily, and 4+ qualified opportunities booked per week
Skills
- Based in Canada
- Fluent in English and French
- 6+ months outbound sales or prospecting experience
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high activity levels
- Organized, coachable, and driven to exceed targets
- Strong communication skills across stakeholders
- Interest in SaaS and hospitality tech
