Job Description:
• Drive precision CAD excellence as a CAD/CAFM Analyst with JLL
• Update and maintain CAD documentation of office space and furniture layouts while maintaining poly-lined drawings
• Create polylines in accordance with BOMA standards including floor areas and internal space types
• Upload and integrate drawing data into CAFM system while updating and providing ongoing support
• Support quality assurance of space data while participating in internal project review meetings
Requirements:
• Proficient in AutoCAD for updating architectural as-built and furniture layouts
• Understanding of client workplace standards with strong understanding of architectural and furniture plans
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word with demonstrated basic proficiency in Excel including pivot tables
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects from multiple sources, prioritizing and executing work within defined SLAs
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to self-govern and make sound decisions and commitment to client service
