Responsibilities
- Contact SSA Payment Centers to check the status of outstanding SSDI invoices
- Prepare and submit SSDI fee petition templates
- Respond to fee‑related inquiries from SSA representatives, claimants, and internal partners
- Track and update invoice activity and notes (Salesforce)
- Maintain organized, accurate documentation and follow up on payments over 30 days
- Build professional working relationships with SSA contacts
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (no college degree required)
- At least 1 year of office or administrative experience
- Comfortable making professional outbound phone calls
- Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Salesforce experience a plus, but not required
