Producing Sales Manager – Commercial Real Estate Agent
Location: Remote + NYC Metro Territory and Hudson Valley

Are you a proven commercial real estate closer with leadership ability? We’re expanding our Investment Sales division and seeking a Producing Sales Manager who can both lead a team and personally close deals. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to build, coach, and drive a top-performing sales force.
What You’ll Do
Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of commercial real estate Investment Sales agents
Levrage our team to produce and Actively manage your own pipeline of listings and closings
Train agents on valuations, underwriting, sourcing listings, and negotiation strategies
Oversee deal execution and ensure high-quality client service
Support agents with marketing, deal review, and transaction coordination
Help shape division growth, systems, and culture
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3–5 years of commercial or residential real estate sales experience
Demonstrated track record of closing deals and winning listings
Ability to train and motivate both new and mid-level agents
Strong understanding of underwriting, cap rates, comps, and investment analysis
A leadership mentality with a hands-on approach
Must hold an active NYS Real Estate License

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $90,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
