At The Realm Agency, we’re building a real estate brand people choose to follow, not just transact with. We believe storytelling drives attention. Attention builds trust. Trust builds business. If you’re looking to simply “make posts,” this isn’t for you.
We’re looking for a creative who understands how content turns into opportunity, someone who cares about brand, pacing, tone, and long-term positioning.
You might be a fit if you:
• Have a strong creative POV and clean editing style
• Can shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
• Think in story arcs, not just trends
• Move quickly from idea → execution
• Care deeply about aesthetics and storytelling
• Want to help build something meaningful, not just complete tasks
The Role:
• 10–15 hours/week to start
• $20–$30/hr depending on experience
• Work directly with the founder
• Opportunity to scale into a larger role as the brand grows
We’re not looking for volume. We’re looking for impact.
