Remote (U.S. Based Only Candidates) About The Marigold Company: The Marigold Company is a luxury wedding planning and design firm creating elevated, multi-day South Asian and fusion weddings. Alongside our core wedding brand, we are growing The Marigold Academy (education for planners) and The Vidhi Edit (a lifestyle and entrepreneur brand). Our work is design-driven, story-led, and highly visual — and we’re looking for someone who loves turning beautiful moments into compelling content. Role Overview: We are hiring a Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to execute day-to-day content across our brands. This is a hands-on creative role, not a strategy or technical marketing position. You will focus primarily on: • editing short-form videos • creating engaging posts • writing captions • publishing consistently • maintaining brand voice If you live on Instagram/TikTok, love aesthetics, and enjoy creating content that feels polished and intentional — this role is for you. Location Requirement (Required) This role is open to U.S.-based applicants only. Candidates must: • be legally authorized to work in the United States • be available during Pacific Time hours • attend a weekly virtual meeting Applications outside the U.S. will not be considered. Responsibilities: Content Creation & Social Media (Primary Focus) Manage and publish content across: • Instagram • TikTok • YouTube Shorts • Pinterest • LinkedIn For: • The Marigold Company • The Vidhi Edit • The Marigold Academy Responsibilities include: • Editing Reels, TikToks, and Shorts • Repurposing footage into multiple platform formats • Writing captions aligned with each brand’s voice • Creating carousels and Stories • Developing weekly/monthly content calendars • Scheduling and posting consistently • Light engagement (comments/DMs) • Tracking basic performance metrics • Researching trends and content ideas Website Support (Secondary) • Upload blogs and galleries to WordPress • Make simple edits using Elementor • Format pages and images (No coding or advanced web development required) Email Support • Schedule and format email campaigns using KIT • Assist with newsletters and launches What We’re Looking For • Strong visual eye and aesthetic judgment • Experience editing short-form video (CapCut, Canva, etc.) • Comfortable writing captions and brand-aligned copy • Organized and deadline-driven • Self-starter who works well independently • Comfortable learning simple WordPress updates • Reliable and responsive This Role Is NOT • Heavy SEO • Paid ads management • Advanced web development • Marketing strategy or funnels This is a creative execution role.
