Training and Scheduling

Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed as a Customer Care Specialist. Training will begin on May 13th, 2024, and will cover a range of topics, including product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques. After training, you'll participate in a shift bid process to determine your schedule, which may include 8-hour or 10-hour shifts.
