Responsibilities
- Act as the customer service role model for the branch
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist with resolving customer service related issues
- Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment
- Serve as a liaison between customer and sales department
- Assist branch management by addressing issues when necessary
- Serve as a key contact for multiple processes
- Performs related work assignments as directed
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
- Energetic, organized (great time management) and able to manage a wide range of priorities
- Exceptional customer service skills
