Key Responsibilities – Your Daily Impact - Respond to inbound and outbound member and provider inquiries via phone, email, and secure messaging platforms, addressing topics such as eligibility, benefits, and service issues. - Conduct welcome calls to newly enrolled members and facilitate Health Risk Assessment (HRA) surveys to gather vital health data. - Provide clear member education on plan features, assist with primary care provider (PCP) selection, and guide members through enrollment and re‑assignment processes. - Support members in accessing care, wellness programs, and community resources, ensuring a seamless journey from enrollment to ongoing health management. - Document all interactions accurately in the member relationship management system, following arenaflex’s protocols to ensure completeness, compliance, and data integrity. - Strive to resolve inquiries on first contact, leveraging available tools, knowledge bases, and cross‑functional teams to achieve high satisfaction scores. - Identify trends, provide feedback, and suggest process enhancements that elevate the overall member experience. - Promote a positive image of arenaflex both within the office and in the broader community by exemplifying professionalism, empathy, and respect. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of arenaflex’s product portfolio, policy changes, and industry regulations. - Adapt to evolving departmental needs, including flexible scheduling for overtime, holidays, and special initiatives. - Consistently meet or exceed call center performance metrics such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores. - Collaborate with teammates to foster an inclusive, cooperative, and high‑performing work environment. - Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor, contributing to continuous improvement projects and special campaigns.
