Key Responsibilities
- Support customary care for complex financial products and services, identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes and proposing solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Perform moderately complex research to resolve customer issues, collaborating with other departments as needed to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Receive direction from management and escalate non-routine questions or issues, providing best-in-class customer experiences through expert knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Adhere to work guidelines, policies, and regulations, ensuring compliance and risk management in all interactions.
- Interact with management, peers, and external customers to provide product and service information, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives, sharing insights and ideas to drive continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in assessing and meeting customer needs or solving customer problems, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, management, and peers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands.
