- Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with team members by sharing feature requests and effective workarounds. This will help us to improve our services and provide better support to our customers.
- Keep Customers Informed: Keep customers informed about new features and functionalities. This will help them to get the most out of our services and improve their overall experience.
- Collect and Analyze Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, and communicate insights to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. This will help us to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Training and Mentoring: Assist in training and mentoring junior Customer Support Representatives. This will help us to develop the skills and knowledge of our team members and provide better support to our customers.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role. If you have experience in the banking, telecom, or related industry, that's a plus!
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools. You should also have a good understanding of CRM systems and their functionality.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role. You should be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask effectively are critical for success in this role.
- Patience and Composure: Patience and composure when handling challenging customer cases are essential. You should be able to remain calm and professional, even in difficult situations.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduation in any discipline or equivalent. We're open to applications from freshers and experienced professionals alike.
- Language Skills: Fluent English communication skills are essential for this role. If you're proficient in other languages, that's a bonus!
- Experience: 0 to 8 years of experience in Customer Support or any international BPO. Previous experience in the customer service industry will be advantageous.
- Shift Work: Openness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts as required. We're a 24/7 operation, and we need team members who are flexible and willing to work varied shifts.
- Academic Background: Candidates with backlogs or arrears in their degree are not eligible. We require candidates who have a clean academic record.
