**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries and issues
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement payroll solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to clients' operations
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's payroll solutions, including features, benefits, and technical requirements
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client requirements and develop tailored implementation plans
* Work closely with clients to ensure successful implementation, providing training and support as needed
* Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or management, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing client impact
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in payroll and customer support
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in customer support, implementation, or a related field
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
* In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and regulations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Knowledge of payroll software, including implementation and configuration
* Certification in payroll or a related field (e.g., CPP, CPB)

* Fluency in multiple languages, including English and French
