Job Description:
• Perform analyses on large sets of data to extract practical insights
• Define data requirements and support the implementation of data specs
• Maintain the Spotify Ads Manager’s data and reporting ecosystem
• Design and conduct experiments for user and advertiser metrics
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in a similar data science role
• Technical competence in coding (SQL, Python - packages such as pandas and numpy)
• Data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, matplotlib)
• Strong understanding of statistics and machine learning
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
• Experience working in an analytics role with product, sales, or marketing teams
