Title: Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Reports to: CFO

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta preferred; Hybrid in Austin or Miami considered; remote potentially considered

About the Role:

As Director of FP&A at CharterUP, you will lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis efforts. This high-impact role requires a mix of financial expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities. You will partner closely with senior leadership to drive data-informed decisions, manage company-wide financial planning processes, and deliver key insights that shape our long-term strategic vision. You will also play a critical role in scaling financial infrastructure and evolving the FP&A function.
