YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You define and drive product strategy and roadmap for SIXT’s identity and authentication platform across all channels
- You own end-to-end sign-up and digital onboarding experience optimizing conversion at every step
- You lead integration and orchestration of third-party identity verification and KYC providers
- You build and operate SIXT’s loyalty program platform translating business requirements into scalable systems
- You collaborate with engineering to design secure, scalable identity systems compliant with data privacy and security standards
- You lead and develop a team of Product Managers creating an environment for innovation and growth
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You bring 6+ years product management and 2+ years leadership experience in identity platforms and authentication systems
- Know-how You have deep understanding of authentication protocols, CIAM platforms, and tradeoffs between security and user experience
- Tools You have managed integrations with third-party identity and KYC providers and built orchestration layers
- Skills You understand frontend and backend architecture and provide insightful feedback on prototypes and APIs
- Motivation You lead with an AI-first mindset, leveraging modern AI tools in product development and team workflows
- Soft Skills You communicate complex technical concepts clearly, align cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven decisions
