We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and dedicated Airbnb Property Manager and Janitor to oversee the daily operations of our stunning condo in Williamstown and 1 family property in Bennington. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining high occupancy rates, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing property maintenance with ease. Job Summary:
In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in property management, leasing, facilities management, and customer service. Your primary focus will be on managing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. You'll conduct regular property inspections, oversee property maintenance activities, and handle tenant inquiries and complaints with professionalism and poise.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements
- Oversee property maintenance activities, coordinating with contractors and service providers as needed
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints promptly, utilizing strong conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively
- Maintain accurate records of property activities, including data entry for leasing agreements and maintenance requests
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management, including LIHTC guidelines when applicable
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants through exceptional customer service practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management or facilities management is essential
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
- Strong contract management skills to oversee agreements with vendors and contractors
- Exceptional customer relationship management abilities to foster positive tenant interactions
- Effective conflict management skills to address tenant concerns in a professional manner
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
- Flexible schedule: 3 – 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed
