About This Opportunity: I’m hiring my first team member to help scale operations. This role starts as an Executive VA handling daily operations, with clear potential to grow into an Operations Manager role as we expand the team over the next few months. Schedule: ∙ Monday - Thursday: 9am - 8pm ∙ Friday: 9am - 3pm ∙ 50 hours per week This is a full-time, exclusive position. I need someone fully dedicated during these hours with no other clients or side work. What You’ll Do: Immediate Responsibilities: ∙ Upload and manage data batches ∙ Maintain and update master lead sheets ∙ Add new users to systems ∙ Run and analyze reports ∙ Handle various administrative tasks as needed Systems & Process Work: ∙ Build task templates in Asana ∙ Create and maintain SOPs in Notion ∙ Document processes as you learn them ∙ Continuously refine workflows for efficiency ∙ Keep me informed of any changes or actions that can’t be reversed As We Grow (Next 3-6 Months): ∙ Help evaluate and onboard new team members ∙ Oversee quality of work from specialists we bring in ∙ Manage day-to-day operations and team workflows ∙ Transition into a leadership role managing the team What You Need: Technical Skills: ∙ Solid hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) ∙ Strong proficiency in Asana for task and project management ∙ Comfortable using Notion for documentation More Important Than Technical Skills: ∙ Systems thinker - you naturally look for ways to make things more efficient ∙ Self-directed - you can take a verbal explanation and turn it into clear documentation ∙ Proactive communicator - you flag issues and keep me in the loop without being asked ∙ Detail-oriented - accuracy matters in this role ∙ Fast learner - you can pick up new tools and processes quickly ∙ Reliable & punctual - I need someone I can count on to be available during scheduled hours What Makes You Stand Out: ∙ You want to build something, not just complete tasks ∙ You’ve worked in fast-paced environments and can handle multiple priorities ∙ You have a track record of improving processes in previous roles ∙ You’re ambitious and excited about growing into a leadership position ∙ You’re looking for long-term employment, not freelance project work Compensation & Commitment: This position will start part-time and transition to full-time within a short period.
