About the Role
As a 3rd Shift Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, providing excellent customer care, and working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store. You will greet customers, run the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and sometimes work with our food program. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Running the register, cashing, and making purchase suggestions
- Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Retail and customer service experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and have fun
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
