Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough review of incoming claims by assigning appropriate statuses, reviewing, organizing, and ensuring data hygiene, and routing completed files to the appropriate auditors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage the import queue, assign statuses, perform balance reconciliation, compare charges to appropriate forms, identify and update errors, and route completed files to the appropriate auditors, ensuring seamless incoming claim hygiene.
- Effectively manage the intake and output of files, handling communication regarding questions, discrepancies, and errors, and ensuring smooth data transfer protocols.
- Identify bugs or errors in the production environment and submit service tickets to the development team for prompt resolution.
- Analyze data from various documents and systems to identify trends and communicate insights to internal and external teams, focusing on status updates, claims routing, intake efficiency, claim status, inventory, and volume.
- Ensure appropriate volume levels by verifying effective data transfer protocols and monitoring file-sharing avenues.
- Perform accurate data entry of itemized bills and other relevant documents.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to evolving needs.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
