Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective Amazon advertising strategies to drive business growth and increase brand exposure
- Spearhead the planning, execution, and management of launch campaigns for multiple new products every week, ensuring successful market entry and timely campaign delivery
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize ad campaigns for maximum visibility and conversion
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve KPIs and business objectives while maintaining a strong focus on ROI
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Essential Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as an Amazon Advertising Specialist, or equivalent roles, with a proven track record of managing successful Amazon advertising campaigns with measurable results
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon's advertising platform, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Advertising
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance
- Proficiency in utilizing AI & Chat GPT tools to improve efficiency while maintaining quality of output
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with little to no supervision
- Able to multitask and manage daily tasks effectively to maximize productivity
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels throughout an organization in a collaborative and multicultural environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets User
- Familiarity with online meeting applications like Google Meets and Zoom
