About the Role
The Analytics Intake and Coordinator will play a critical role in our Reservations Reporting & Analytics crew, responsible for handling the intake process of information and analytics requests, coordinating tasks across multiple teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of analytics projects. Key Responsibilities
The Analytics Intake and Coordinator will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all analytics requests, information stakeholders' needs and requirements
- Collaborate with multiple teams to gather project specifications, data sources, and targets for analytics projects
- Conduct a thorough evaluation of incoming requests to determine feasibility, resource requirements, and alignment with strategic goals
- Prioritize and allocate analytics tasks based on available resources and organizational priorities
- Ensure clean documentation and monitoring of analytics requests, progress, and outcomes
Project Coordination
The Analytics Intake and Coordinator will also be responsible for the following project coordination tasks:
- Act as a liaison between teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project team members
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for analytics projects, ensuring tasks stay on track
- Coordinate project-related activities, including data collection, analysis, modeling, and reporting, in collaboration with analytics teams
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, identifying and addressing any risks or issues that may arise
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, findings, and recommendations
Stakeholder Management
The Analytics Intake and Coordinator will also be responsible for the following stakeholder management tasks:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across divisions to understand their analytics needs and align priorities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, communicate progress, and obtain feedback
- Address stakeholder inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and quality resolution
Project Process Improvement
The Analytics Intake and Coordinator will also be responsible for the following project process improvement tasks:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the analytics intake and project coordination processes
- Develop and implement quality practices, standards, and templates to enhance performance and effectiveness
- Continuously monitor the performance of analytics projects, seeking feedback and identifying areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in analytics methodologies
- Assist in the coordination of divisional training sessions and workshops to support ongoing skill development based on most common skill gaps and divisional project needs
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following minimum qualifications:
- Candidates for this role must have at least a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or an associated discipline and 3+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, data management, or related roles; ideally with project coordination and process development responsibilities
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple tasks concurrently with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships across multiple teams and divisions
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality deliverables
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Project Management tools, and MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be performing satisfactorily in current role
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal information

- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has the authorization to work in the United States
