Job Summary
As an Auto Care Center Coach, you will be responsible for driving sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area. You will receive and stock merchandise, ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, and proper signing and in-stock and inventory levels. You will also budget and forecast sales, assess economic trends and community needs, and ensure that sales and profit goals are achieved. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve customer issues and concerns, and promote products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area
- Receive and stock merchandise, ensuring effective merchandise presentation and accurate pricing
- Budget and forecast sales, assessing economic trends and community needs
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving customer issues
- Promote products and services, maintaining a safe shopping environment
- Manage and train a team of associates, providing coaching and development opportunities
- Maintain the Auto Care Center and automotive sales floor and service area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in the automotive service or service industry field
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive Certification from Automotive Technical Institute
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
- Experience in the automotive service or service industry related field
- Supervisory experience ASE Certification - Certification
