**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting individuals and families gain access to healthcare services
* Reviewing and determining eligibility and enrollment on assigned workload
* Providing quality customer service and support
* Maintaining confidentiality of personal health information
* Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Team Player with excellent communication skills:** You'll be working closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
* **Customer-focused with a passion for helping people:** You'll be assisting individuals and families gain access to healthcare services, so a passion for helping others is essential.
* **Strong PC Proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications:** You'll be working with various software applications to manage customer data and provide support.
* **Minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare industry:** You'll have a solid understanding of the healthcare industry and be able to apply your knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
* **Minimum of one year eligibility experience preferred:** You'll have experience reviewing and determining eligibility for healthcare services, which will enable you to provide high-quality support to our customers.
* **Understanding of FL Medicaid programs preferred:** You'll have a solid understanding of the Medicaid programs in Florida, which will enable you to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers.
* **Associates degree preferred:** You'll have a solid educational foundation in a related field, such as healthcare administration or customer service.
* **Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred:** You'll be able to communicate effectively with our customers who speak Spanish or Creole.
