As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers. You will be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients, and you will be responsible for resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Acting as the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients * Providing one-to-one telephone contact with clients and their customers * Accurately documenting enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances * Entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for clients wishing to apply for our programs over the telephone * Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in our rules/guidelines and other related program policies * Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of our program requirements **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * A basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes * The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and co-workers * The ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback * The ability to achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment * The ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds * A High School diploma or GED * Background and drug screening required **Preferred Qualifications** While a High School diploma or GED is required, we prefer candidates with: * Previous experience in a call center environment * Knowledge of our programs and services * Bilingual Spanish language skills * Experience working with people of diverse backgrounds **What We Offer** As an Experienced Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: * $17.00 per hour pay rate (bi-weekly pay) * Paid Training with Equipment provided * Full-time schedule (40 hrs. a week) * Career Growth Opportunities * PerkSpot- Employee discount program * Full Benefit Options - From the start, our paid training program will teach you all the skills needed to allow you to become successful in your role.
