Key Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Specialist, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service through our LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering 2-3 incoming chats simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
- Consulting customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Proactively communicating and engaging with your manager and team members to ensure success in a virtual work environment.
- Providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on creating positive customer experiences.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
