**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a Client Outreach Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
* Outbound calling to connect with potential customers and build relationships
* Meeting with executives, such as the CEO and vice presidents, to discuss our solutions and services
* Appointment setting to schedule meetings and demos with key decision-makers
* Attending online conferences and webinars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Navigating and overcoming initial objections and questions to close deals and drive revenue growth
* Documenting relevant information pertaining to outreach efforts and conversations in Hubspot and Excel
**Experience and Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Related work experience in promotions, marketing, telemarketing, or sales
* Strong English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively on the phone and via email
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and providing exceptional support
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Experience with phone etiquette best practices and a strong understanding of customer service principles
**Preferred Qualifications**
