Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy chat solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, data science, AI/ML, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing IVA/chatbots, conversational AI, or similar AI-driven systems. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop conversational AI systems using AWS services such as Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda, and AWS Connect
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop chat solutions that meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain large-scale conversational AI systems with high availability, scalability, and performance
- Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization of chat solutions to ensure seamless user experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in conversational AI, NLP, and ML, and apply this knowledge to improve chat solutions

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field

- Expertise in using Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda, and AWS Connect
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, particularly AWS
