Our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program has distributed over eight million pairs of glasses to those in need, empowering people to learn, work, and achieve better economic outcomes. **The Role** As a part-time Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service to our customers across the country. You'll be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one * Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships * Utilizing internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments * Identifying trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience and drive business growth **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a creative and innovative problem solver who can adapt your tone and communication style depending on your audience.
