As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be tasked with ensuring our customers receive their products as quickly as possible and resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities:** * Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. * Resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a high-quality and timely manner. * Become an expert in arenaflex's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users. * Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions. * Identify opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience. **You** Are you a curious and ambitious individual looking to jumpstart your career in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for someone who is: * Open to working an overnight shift from 8pm-5am PST * Experienced in support roles, handling email and/or chat services (2+ years) * Available to work weekends * Familiar with e-commerce and marketplace operations * Proficient in customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom * A proactive problem-solver and process-improver * Knowledgeable about collectibles is a plus * Holding a Bachelor's degree or college experience is preferred * Previous start-up experience is a plus **Team Environment** As a Customer Experience Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of a remote co-located team that values collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity.
