- Understand member opportunities and limitations according to contract, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
- Four-year certification or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and patient.
- Experience working in a production environment, with ability to multitask and meet productivity standards.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
