Our Small Commercial Service Plus (SCSP) team plays a vital role in managing account information, preparing insurance documents, and providing policy files for further processing. We are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Insurance Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our commercial policyholders and independent agents. You will manage account information, prepare insurance documents, and respond to internal and external requests regarding account information. Your excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and insurance knowledge will enable you to accomplish both routine and non-routine tasks and duties. As a contact center-based role, you will be expected to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and metric goals, including phone handle time, after-call work time, schedule adherence, offline handle time, lead generation, quality, and offline adherence.

Our call center class begins on Monday, October 6, 2025. Attendance is critical to your success, and as such, 100% attendance is required for the duration of training, where performance will be continually assessed. Training hours are between 10:00 am – 7 pm EST / 7:00 am- 4 pm PST, Monday through Friday. This includes formal virtual classroom instruction, assessments, and on-job training. During training, individuals are also responsible for schedule adherence and are expected to actively participate in the training program.
