Job Overview

The OSGLI Customer Service Center is responsible for handling all correspondence and phone calls to and from service members, veterans, and their families. As a Customer Service Professional, you will be accountable for explaining benefit coverage, documenting, and investigating complaints. This is a fully remote role, but you must be within 60 miles of one of our offices located in Newark, NJ, Fort Washington, PA, Moosic, PA, Jacksonville, FL, Hartford, CT, Shelton, CT, Portland, ME, or Minneapolis, MN. In the event of technical issues or company-sponsored events, you may be required to travel to one of these locations.
