**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving and documenting customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner
* Ensuring all company procedures are followed to maintain consistency and quality
* Inputting accurate trip data into our systems to ensure seamless service delivery
* Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work and resolving customer grievances in a timely manner
* Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage
* Reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage to ensure they have a clear understanding of their benefits
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school graduate or general education degree (GED)
* 0-2 years of related experience, with a minimum of 6 months contact center or customer service experience
* Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to type 35wpm or more
* Ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
* Ability to work independently under general supervision
* Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, experience in a service-oriented industry or familiarity with healthcare or transportation services would be a valuable asset in this role.
