This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of onsite and remote work, with 3 days spent collaborating with our team at our office and 2 days working remotely.
As a Customer Service Professional at blithequark, you will play a vital role in building customer loyalty and confidence by receiving and responding to customer inquiries via all channels. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns. You will work closely with our sales professionals and other internal business partners to provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, professional, and resolves their issue promptly.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, including being friendly, courteous, and helpful. You should have a strong background in customer service, with experience handling both phone and email inquiries. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively communicate with customers and internal business partners. You should also have intermediate-level skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
