* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

* Taking customer orders, providing high-quality customer service, and making outgoing customer service calls
* Collaborating with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service and resolving any customer service issues
* Answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and handling customer inquiries
* Providing customer support, handling customer inquiries, and combining excellent customer service skills to assure quality customer service to all customers
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with the ability to accurately and efficiently capture customer information
