We are currently seeking a dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused individual for a temporary Customer Service Representative position with excellent potential for permanent employment. This role is an ideal opportunity for New York State residents to pivot their customer service expertise into the dynamic healthcare industry, working from the comfort of their own homes. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline interface with customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring that each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and professionalism.
The schedule for this role includes working hours from Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. The initial training period will be approximately two weeks, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Please note that rotating holidays may be required as needed. To be considered for this role, you must be a New York State resident with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
