The Customer Service Representative is the face of blithequark, impacting members' service experience through handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. This role engages, consults, and educates members based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of blithequark plans, tools, and resources, guiding them towards a clear path to care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to empathize with members, and a strong understanding of blithequark policies and procedures.
A High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience is required for this role. While experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, we welcome applications from individuals with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
