About the Role
We are seeking a full-time, remote Customer Service Associate who shares our passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

- Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring that every customer receives their products in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A dedicated office space with a computer, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Availability to work a standard schedule of 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends during peak holiday seasons.
- A minimum of six months' experience working remotely, demonstrating your ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively.
- At least two years' experience in a customer service role, providing support through email, phone, chat, and social media, and demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- One year of experience working with Zendesk or a similar customer service ticketing system, with the ability to navigate our systems with ease and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and keyboard skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and other key performance indicators, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
