As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's driven by a shared vision to deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and dealers in the agriculture industry. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and chats, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
