As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Insurance Sales Support Team Member, you will play a vital role in supporting our insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly service
* Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
