**The Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Luxury Fashion and Lifestyle, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the globe. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and memorable. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
* Guiding customers through the ordering process online
* Addressing and resolving post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
* Utilizing a range of software tools to address customer inquiries
* Collaborating with outside shipping contractors to resolve international concerns
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following basic requirements:
* A high school graduation or its equivalent
* Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries
* Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders
* Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs
* Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities
* Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings
* A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
* Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service
* A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian
