**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients seeking life-sustaining medications, resolving their questions and concerns on the first call
* Handle high-volume calls, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
* Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our system and provide accurate information to patients
* Collaborate with our team to ensure timely delivery of medications to patients
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric environment
* 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
* High school diploma or equivalent experience
* Verifiable COVID-19 vaccination status or approved reasonable accommodation
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
